PURPOSE: To reduce installation spaces by connecting a lower frame and an upper frame by means of a connecting frame to constitute a frame and forming a double action press part and transfer press parts in the longitudinal direction thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A frame A is constituted of a lower frame 1, an upper frame 2 and a connecting frame 3. The frame 1 is made into the split construction of beds 11W13 and the frame 2 into said construction of crowns 21W23, which are connected by means of uprights 3. An inner slide 4 is provided to the 1st bed 11 and an outer slide 5 to the 1st crown 21 to constitute a double action press part (a). Slides 61, 62 for a transfer press are provided to the 3rd crowns 22, 23 by facing the 2nd, the 3rd beds 12, 13 to constitute the 1st, the 2nd transfer press part (b), (c). A brake 14 is provided on the side surface side at one end of the frame 2 and a flywheel 15 and a clutch 16 are provided on the side surface side at the other end.
