PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a press die and to improve the longitudinal modulus of elasticity by pouring molten zinc alloy into a mold after plural steel materials are put into the mold in the condition of mutually separating, solidifying and forming the press die integrating this zinc alloy and the steel materials.

CONSTITUTION: Three sheets of the steel materials 13 are fixed by bolts 14 and nuts 15 in prescribed intervals, and in this condition, these steel materials 13 are set in the mold. Into this mold, the molten zinc alloy is poured and solidified. Thereafter, by separating the mold from the die and taking out, the upper mold is formed. The lower mold 12 is manufactured as the same way as the upper mold 11. By this method, i.e., by embedding plural steel materials in the condition of mutually separating into the zinc alloy, the press die is easily manufactured and the longitudinal modulus of elasticity is improved.
