Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a press die having the shock resistance and the wear and abrasion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A female die 1 and a male die 11 are made of concrete 2, 12 as the mainly composing element, and the press forming face of these concrete 2, 12 are coated with front face layers 3, 13. The concrete 2, 12 have the high strength by making the water adding to the cement to be under than 25%, adding the mixing agent and the aggregate, kneading them in the high speed and solidifying, and the front face layers 3, 13 are composed of a synthetic resin of thermosetting property of the double fluid mixture having the wear and abrasion resistance. This press die is made with a master die as the standard, either one of either the female die or the male die is produced, and the other die is produced making the produced one side die as the standard. For example, the master die is coated with the front face layer 3, the female die 1 is produced by pouring the concrete 2 inside a die frame 4 and solidifying, a wall thickness remover of the amount of a work is stuck on the front face layer 3 of this female die 1, the front face layer 13 is stuck on it, the concrete 12 is poured inside a die frame 14, solidified and the male die 11 is produced.
