Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve formability with no breaks or no cracks even in press-drawing of high press-drawing difficulty in sheet metal press-drawing without the risk that the final product has an increase in time and cost when a lubricant is applied in the press-drawing.SOLUTION: In a drawing method where a workpiece to be drawn arranged between an upper drawing die and a lower drawing die is drawn by being clamped with them, when an inner flat plane part within a drawing shape has a hole, formability is improved by forming a through hole with a size which has no effects on the final shape in a flat plane in the vicinity of a part of high press-drawing difficulty, before drawing.
