Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device capable of formation with high strength by invariably cooling the whole area of a high-temperature press molding during pressurized holding.SOLUTION: An upper die 5 is provided with a slide mold 54 movable in a direction crossing a lifting direction of a lifting base 3. During descent operation of the lifting base 3, the slide mold 54 moves toward a standing wall part P2 of a press molding P and makes contact with a part of the standing wall part P2. A press device 1 is also arranged to provide the press molding P by bending an outer part of a steel plate 10 in a substantially L shape while making it abut on a reverse surface side pressing surface 43 by pressing and bending the steel plate 10 to the reverse surface side pressing surface 43 side of a lower die 4 with a surface side pressing surface 54b of the slide mold 54. The lower die 4 is provided with a cam driver 42 for moving the slide mold 54 in synchronization with descent operation of the lifting base 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
