Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device for an inexpensive hot press method capable of heightening productive efficiency by cooling a mold efficiently by forming a circulation passage in a desired shape.SOLUTION: A mold 3 for a hot press method includes a first mold 43 comprising an abrasion-resistant aluminum bronze alloy material, and a second mold 44 comprising cast iron. A first concave groove 43a opened to the second mold 44 side is formed on the first mold 43. A first circulation passage 45 through which cooling water is circulated is constituted of a part enclosed by the first concave groove 43a and the second mold 44, when the first and second molds 43, 44 are combined mutually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
