Abstract:

To provide a press device which performs position adjustment of a processing tip part of a punch in compression processing and forming processing by adjustment of only a required part without stopping production.SOLUTION: In a press device 10, an upper mold 50 includes an upper mold main body 52 which under-supports a flange part 46 provided on the side opposite to a processing tip part 44 of a punch 40 and is provided with a longitudinal guide hole part 58 for guiding a processing tip part 44 in a shaft direction. Further, a transverse guide part 62 which is arranged corresponding to the longitudinal guide hole part 58 and is provided along a sliding direction as a direction vertical to the shaft direction is provided. Furthermore, an abutting sliding part 70 having sliding surfaces 72, 73 which are guided to the transverse guide part 62 and an abutting surface 74 which is abutted on an upper surface of the flange part 46 of the punch 40 because a distance from the sliding surfaces is changed straight or stepwise along the sliding direction is provided. Furthermore, a driving part 80 which drives the abutting sliding part 70 along the sliding direction is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
