Abstract:
To provide a press-fit junction structure that stabilizes quality of a press-fit junction, prevents a component from deforming and being damaged, reduces size and weight of a component, reduces cost and miniaturizes a press-fitting device.SOLUTION: A press-fit junction structure 1 includes: a fixing member 2 with a cylinder part 3; and a joining member 20 with a press-fit hole 21 into which the cylinder part 3 is press-fitted. The press-fit hole 21 has an axial-parallel cross section that provides a waveform shape in which a crest part 22 and a trough part 23 of which diameter is larger than that of the crest part 22 are repeated alternately. In the cylinder part 3, a press-fit part 4 to be press-fitted into the press-fit hole 21 has an axial-right-angle cross section including an apex part 10. The apex part 10 has a diameter that is larger than a diameter of the crest part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
