By punching a blank 10 from a band-plate-shaped strip 2, by making the blank 10 after punching push back to a punched hole 11 which is formed on the strip 2 so that only a part of thickness is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the punched hole 11, a projecting part 3 which projects the blank 10 is formed on one surface of the strip 2, and a recessed part 4 which closes the punched hole 11 with the blank 10 is formed on the opposite surface of the strip 2.
