Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-forming device capable of preventing a line displacement in press working.SOLUTION: A press-forming device includes a punch 13 having a punch press surface 13a provided with ridge lines 13C, 13S thereon, the punch press surface 13a having suction ports 16 formed inside at least the ridge lines 13C, 13S, an upper die to sandwich and press a metal plate together with the punch 13, and a suction device 18 to communicate with and suck in via gas flow paths 19 through the suction ports 16. The suction by the suction device 18 through the suction ports 16 can prevent the metal plate on the punch press surface 13a from moving relative to the punch press surface 13a.
