Abstract:
To provide a press-forming die which can be easily set in a general-purpose press machine and facilitate knock-out of a formed part.SOLUTION: A press-forming die 1 has: an upper die 2 in which a first spring 13 for applying a first biasing force acting downward to a stripper plate 12 is disposed; and a lower die 3 in which a second spring 25 for applying a second biasing force acting upward to a knock-out plate 23 is disposed. The knock-out plate 23 is pushed down by the stripper plate 12 to push down a punch part 11a and thereby press-form a slurry-like metal material. The stripper plate 12 is pushed up by the knock-out plate 23 to push up a receiving part 23a and thereby enable a press-formed part to be taken out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
