PURPOSE: To obtain the fusion-bonded net having uniform thickness, stretching ratio, strength etc. by heating the fixed mold over the glass transition point of the net composing resin and cooling the moving mold below the glass transition point and press-forming it.

CONSTITUTION: After a fusion-bonded net 6 is inserted between the fixed mold 2 and the moving mold 3 for the press-forming mold and held by the associate mold 4, it is deformed by pushing down the moving mold 3. Because the moving mold 3 is cooled at the temperature below the glass transition point of the thermoplastic resin of the fusion-bonded net 6, it does not occur that only the middle part of the net is softened, even if the moving mold 3 contacts the middle part of the fusion-bonded net 6, then pressing force of the moving mold 3 disperses uniformly to the entire fusion-bonded net 6. Thus, the fusion-bonded net 6 is uniformly deformed, and it is heated over the glass transition point, formed and thermally set.
