CONSTITUTION: A press-in tool 30 is rocked by the press-in cam surface 61 of a first cam member 60, and a terminal 11 is thereby pressed in. A back-up bending tool 40 is rocked by a second cam member 70, and the terminal 11 is preparedly bent. A final bending tool 50 is rocked integrally with the press-in tool 30 by the final bending cam surface 65 of the second cam member, so that the terminal 11 is finally bent into a right angle. This constitution thereby enables a press-in unit and a bend unit to be integrally made up.
