Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact press-in device having a good production efficiency.SOLUTION: A press-in device is equipped with a press-in tool 5 in which a pin is detachably set. a rotary table 2, which so supports the press-in tool 5 that the tool 5 is vertically movable, is provided at eight positions around a vertically oriented rotation axis. The rotary table 2 moves each press-in tool 5 to a component press-in zone Z1 and a component setting zone Z2. The press-in device is equipped with a component setting unit 4 for setting the pin on the press-in tool 5 in a state that the tool 5 is positioned in the component setting zone Z2. The press-in device is equipped with a work-piece movement unit 3 for moving a cylinder head W in such a manner that a pin press-in hole W1 of the cylinder head W is corresponding to the pin in a state that the pin is set on the press-in tool 5 positioned in the component press-in zone Z1. The press-in device is further equipped with a pressing cylinder 7 which presses the press-in tool 5 in the component press-in zone Z1 from above thereby pressing the pin in the pin press-in hole W1.
