In the mortar-filling type aseismatic reinforcing construction method constituted of a process in which aseismatic reinforcing headed stud bolts and suoort bolts of deformed anchor rod with frictional pressure-contact head are internally provided between the anchor to be installed and an H-shaped steel frame and further, shielded through a steel form, a process in which the steel form and the H-shaped steel frame are fastened through a wooden form fitting base material, and a process in which shrinkage-compensating grout is injected in the steel form, the press-in form for the shrinkage-compensating grout has a structure withstanding the press-in pressure of the shrinkage- compensating grout and the gap between the form and the existing building body is closely sealed with exclusive mortar and anchors are not used so that chips do not intrude from the gap between the existing building body and the form.
