A lower support surface 2e that is a part for supporting the lower surface 3a of the lower cutting blade 3 in the holding part 2b is formed with a width W2 wider than the width W1 of the lower cutting blade 3, and a side support surface 2f that is a part for supporting a side surface 3b of the lower cutting blade 3 in the holding part 2b is formed with a height equal to or higher than the height H1 of the lower cutting blade 3 (the same height H1 with the lower cutting blade 3 in this embodiment).
