Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine capable of restraining reduction in productivity, while forcedly stopping a slide, when there is abnormality on carrying of a work.SOLUTION: A press machine is provided for carrying and pressing a work. A driving unit drives a slide for liftably operating when pressing the work. A detection part detects position information on the slide. A speed control unit controls a speed of the slide by the driving unit on the basis of motion information for regulating operation of the slide. A stopping determination arithmetic operation unit sets a deceleration starting point for starting deceleration of the slide on the basis of the motion information and a setting point for forcedly stopping the slide. The speed control unit determines the existence of input of an abnormal signal on the carrying of the work when the slide reaches the deceleration starting point on the basis of the position information on the slide detected by the detection unit, and executes deceleration control of the slide so as to stop the slide at the setting point when determining that there is input of the abnormal signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
