CONSTITUTION: An upper mold 20 A is mounted on an arm 12 which is raised because a punch stopper 24 is supported by a stopper 30, and a widely opened distance is present between the bottom end of a punch 22A and the upper surface of a die 65. In this way, the stopper 30 works as a raising means for the upper mold 20A. A caulking jig 80 for caulking press nuts is provided on a bed 13 and at the upper side a already bored plate 50 to be worked and press nuts 70 are set. This caulking jig 80 moves in a direction shown by an arrow mark 106 and stops at a location indicated by a shaping plate, etc.
