Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press mold apparatus capable of efficiently forming a panel, containing a dead space, in a signal press operation.
SOLUTION: A mold apparatus 11 comprises a lower pad 22 arranged movably up and down on a lower mold 20 while being energized upward, a lower blade 31 having a work mounting surface 32 arranged on a lower pad 22, an upper pad 40 arranged movably up and down on an upper mold 23 which moves up and down for pressing a panel 100, an upper blade 51 arranged on the upper mold 23 for bending the edge part of the panel 100 by cooperation with the lower blade 31 when the upper mold 23 descends, a cam blade member 45 arranged horizontally movable relative to the lower pad 22 for forming a dead space in the panel 100 by cooperation with the lower blade 31 during horizontal movement, and a driver part 27 having a guide part 26 for horizontally moving the cam blade member 45 accompanying the descent of the lower pad 22.
