Abstract:
To provide a titanium plate pressing die which does not cause press cracking or seizure mark, and does not wear easily.SOLUTION: A titanium plate pressing die is adopted, which is a pressing die used for press-forming work of a titanium plate including a surface treatment film formed on a base material. The base material is composed of steel material having a composition that contains, in mass%, C: 1.00-2.30%, Si: 0.10-0.60%, Mn:0.20-0.80%, P: less than 0.030%, S: less than 0.030%, Cr: 4.80-13.00%, and the remnant iron and impurities. The surface treatment film includes a first plating layer formed on the base material and containing Ni. The first plating layer is formed by having h-BN particles of 0.5-3 mass% contained in a Ni-P-B plating layer containing P: 3.0-7.0 mass%, B: 0.5-3.0 mass%, and the balance Ni and impurities, and has Vickers hardness in a range of 700-1100.SELECTED DRAWING: None
