Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press mold capable of molding a corner flange portion in a single process and capable of combining quality with productivity.SOLUTION: A press mold 1 can mold a corner flange portion and a pair of side flange portions extending on its opposite sides on a blank sheet 4 having an inward corner portion 41. The press mold 1 comprises a die 2 having a die corner portion 21 for molding the inward corner portion 41 and a pair of die side portions 22 for molding the pair of side flange portions, and a punch 3 having a punch corner portion 31 that cooperates with the die corner portion 21 and the pair of die side portion 22, and a pair of punch side portion 32. The punch corner portion 31 has a corner groove portion 6 at a position where a side end surface crosses with a tip surface 33. The corner groove portion 6 is shaped so as to decrease in groove width as it moves away from the tip surface 33 and converges to a corner center on the side end surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
