Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding apparatus which can suppress formation of wrinkles when molding.SOLUTION: A press molding apparatus 1 comprises: an upper die 40; a lower die 10; an upper die cushion 50 which can be displaced in a vertical direction with respect to the upper die 40; a lower die cushion 30 which is so provided as to face the upper die cushion 50; and a lower die cushion 20 which is so provided as to be independently displaced with respect to the lower die cushion 30. When press molding, first press molding is performed in such a manner that the upper die 40, the upper die cushion 50 and the lower die cushions 20, 30 are displaced in a downward direction, and a blank 70 is molded. Thereafter, second press molding is further performed in such a manner that the upper die 40 and the lower die cushion 20 are displaced in a downward direction in the state that positions of the upper die cushion 50 and the lower die cushion 30 are fixed, and the blank 70 is molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
