Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-molding die for a press-molded article which keeps the top plate part curved, has a vertical wall part shrunk by being continuously molded from the top plate part to undergo flange deformation, and makes the vertical wall part form a projected part the seat face of which is flat and extends in a height direction of the vertical wall part, and a press-molding method.SOLUTION: A press-molding die 41 of this invention, which has a vertical wall part 5 which undergoes shrinkage flange deformation and makes the vertical wall part 5 form a projected part 7 the seat face 9 of which is flat and extends in a height direction of the vertical wall part 5, has a punch 43 and a die 45, the die 45 having: a die side vertical wall molding face part 51, which molds the vertical wall part 5, and a wavy deformation suppressing face part 53 provided continuously from the die side vertical wall molding face part 51 to suppress the generation of wavy deformation in a blank 31 on contact with the blank 31 ahead of the die side vertical wall molding face part 51; and the wavy deformation suppressing face part 53 having a blank contact face part 53a the whole face of which comes in contact with the blank 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
