Abstract:
To provide a press molding method and a press molding device capable of improving the moldability of a press molding product by restraining the occurrence of cracks in a special shape part.SOLUTION: A press molding method for a press molding product 1 having a flange part 2 having a notch part 3, comprises a trim processing step S1 of forming an outer peripheral end 2A of the flange part 2 and the notch part 3, and a finish processing step S2 of molding a position of the flange part 2 into a final product shape position of the press molding product 1 after the trim processing step S1. The flange part 2 comprises a first flange part 21 including a first outer peripheral end 31A of the notch part 3. In the trim processing step S1, the first flange part 21 is press-molded to a preliminary molding position 21K' deeper than the final product shape position of the first flange part 21 in the thickness direction of the first flange part 21. In the finish processing step S2, the first flange part 21 is return-molded for returning it to the final product shape position 21K of the first flange part 21 in the thickness direction of the first flange part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
