Abstract:
To provide a press molding method which can suppress both of crack and wrinkle of a metal plate, and can increase a drawing depth.SOLUTION: A press molding method generates a cushion load which holds a part of a panel W between a die 11 and a cushion 12, lowers a slide 13 to which the die 11 is fitted, and performs drawing of the panel W by a punch 10 and the die 11 which are located below the panel W. In this press molding method, when gradually or continuously lowering the slide 13 to sequentially perform processing, during the slide 13 lower by a prescribed descent amount until drawing is completed, such an operation that a cushion load is so made as to be 0 or to be lower than a cushion load when suppressing occurrence of wrinkle of the panel W, and thereafter, the cushion load is increased to a cushion load when collapsing the wrinkle of the panel W is repeated once or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
