PURPOSE: To load on a pallet with stabilized attitude and loading way by changing the position of a part according to the shape of a press part with the freely rotatable chuck of a part loading means.
CONSTITUTION: After pressing unloaders 1A, 1B approach into a press, clamp a member 1 with chucks 22A, 22B and deliver outside the press by sliding it on skid bars 17AW17C. After stopping at the delivery end, the part 1 is clamped with the advance of the chucks 6A, 6B of loaders 2A, 2B. The part 1 is thereafter moved to the chucks 6A, 6B by unclamping the chucks 22A, 22B of the unloaders 1A, 1B side. The loaders 2A, 2B load the part 1 on the pallet, but in this case the loading position of the part 1 varies according to the rotation of rotary shafts 5A, 5B. It is therefore possible to load on the pallet with most stabilized attitude and loading way according to the shape of the part. On completion of the loading the pallet is delivered with the rotation of a conveyor 8 by opening the claw of opening and closing of a pallet stopper 10.
