Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press plier (1).SOLUTION: A press plier (1) has a spring element (7) that is disposed in the flow of force between hand levers (3 and 5) and a forging die (12). The spring element (7) molds a force-route-balance element (8) which allows the press plier (1) to crimp a work-piece to various cross sections. In the present invention, the spring element (7) that molds the force-route-balance element (8) is formed in a region of a plier head (4) of the press plier (1). Preferably the spring element (7) is a circular arc spring or a spiral spring (44) extending in a peripheral direction around a shaft (13) of a forging die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
