Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form complicate shape by attaching a driving roll and free roll unit so as to vertically move to frame rotating around horizontal shaft and supporting the horizontal shaft rotatably in the vertical face to lifting and lowering body.
CONSTITUTION: In a press roll apparatus composed of a holder for supporting a frame 200 to which a roll unit group consisting of plurality of a driving roll units and free roll units is attached, a laminating glass in which an intermediate film is held is inserted into upper and lower pressure rollers and the laminating glass is bonded or temporaily bonded by pressure by pressure rollers. The frame 200 attached to a lifting and lowering member is vertically moved by a rotating screw shaft between a pair of supports 104 and the frame 200 is rotated around shafts 201 and 202 projected from both the ends by a motor 131. A lifting and lowering member attached to a supporting table 150 provided on the upper part of the holder is vertically and independently moved by motors 105 and 120 to provide oscillation in the lateral direction.
