Abstract:
To prevent occurrence of local detent of a flange when correcting bending of a steel sheet pile, which has a web and a pair of flanges, in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A press correction device 2, which corrects bending of a steel sheet pile 1, which has a cross-sectional shape orthogonal to a longer direction, and has a web extending in one direction and a pair of flanges, in one direction, comprises: reception metal molds 3A, 3B which contact an exterior surface of one flange, and are fixed so as not to move in one direction, and are paired in the longer direction of the steel sheet pile 1; a push metal mold 4 which is located between the reception metal molds 3A, 3B, and presses an exterior surface of the other flange of the steel sheet pile 1 to one flange side; first holding metal molds 5A, 5B which are respectively located at positions in a longer direction overlapping with the reception metal molds 3A, 3B, and contact interior surfaces of both of one and the other flanges; and a second holding metal mold 5C which is located at a position in a longer direction overlapping with the push metal mold 4, and contacts the interior surfaces of both of one flange 12 and the other flange 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
