To provide a press work system which saves a space and which performs a series of a plurality of pressing steps.
A press group 4 is formed by providing a multistage press 2 and a multistage press 3 by vertically providing an upside die 21 (31) and a downside die 22 (32) on the upside and downside in one cycle of vertical sliding and making the lower die 21b (31b) of the upside die 21 (31) and the upper die 22a (32a) of the downside die 22 (32) vertically slidable. A material W to be worked is moved to each die with a robot 8 between the presses, which is composed of a first stage carrying-in robot 5, a final carrying-out robot 6, an end-part vertically moving/conveying robot 7, a vertically moving/conveying robot 8b and a moving robot 8a between working machines. When the multistage press 2 (3) performs one cycle, the material W to be worked to which a four-stage press work is finished is obtained and a new material W to be worked is supplied.
