PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working device which can easily perform precise positional adjustment and has a durability.SOLUTION: A press working device 10 which comprises a first pressurizing part 14 and a second pressurizing part 15 which are relatively moved in a pressurizing direction, and a frist processing tool 16 and a second processing tool 17 which are mounted onto the pressurizing parts 14, 15, and which processes a work-piece W between the first processing tool 16 and the second processing tool 17. The pressurizing parts 14, 15 comprises press working support parts 21, 22 which are so located as to face each other so as to sandwich the work-piece W when processing. One pressurizing part 14 comprises: a stem 24; a hollow support part 21 which is firmly provided on the stem 24, and supports a load from the other pressurizing part 14 when processing; and a position adjustment part 26 which is located on a hollow part 25 of the support part 21 and mounted to the stem 24, and so supports the processing tool 16 as to be capable of positionally adjusting said processing tool in a direction crossing with a pressurizing direction.
