PURPOSE: To provide the press working equipment which can press and fix surely whole of the work at the time of executing press working of the work having an inverse part.

CONSTITUTION: In a main pad 5 which is held elastically by a holder 2 and comes into contact with a main body part of a work W, a divided pad 8 which comes into contact with an inverse part B is provided to be freely movable forward and backward in the inclined direction of the inverse part B, and also, in the holder 2, a driver 12 for driving forward and backward the divided pad 8 in connection with an approaching/separating motion of the holder concerned 2 and the main pad 5 is provided, by which at the time of movement of the holder 2, the whole work is pressed and fixed without allowing the inverse part B and the divided pad 8 to interfere with each other.
