To make a sheet material after working to be easily demolded, when using a shift-bending die to form a flange on the sheet material.
In the lower-die side of a shift-bending die 18, a cam holder 6 and a lower-die punch 7 are mounted to support a turning cam 5. In the upper-die side thereof, a pad 9, a flying cam 10 (a sliding cam), and a bending blade 11 are mounted. The lower-die punch 7 is equipped with a push rod 24. The upper-die is lowered to turn the turning cam 5 to a working position, and a fender panel 2, which is set on the lower-die punch 7, is shift-bent and bent to form a flange parts 3 and 4 with the shift-bending blade 16 of the flying cam 10 and a bending blade 11 thereof respectively. Thereafter, the upper-die is lifted to turn the turning cam 5 to a releasing position, and the push rod 24 is pressed by the turning cam 5 and ejected from the lower-die punch 7 to push open the flange part 4. Consequently, the fender panel 2 is easily demolded.
