Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely conduct proper works conformed to a snow-pressing state, maintaining a stability on a traveling by controlling blade left-right places so that a snow such as fresh snow, a sherbet, soft pressed snow or the like and snow, can be removed completely to expose the road surface, or controlling blade left-right pushing force so that the irregularities of the road surface are cut and corrected smoothly for a hard pressed snow and an "Eisbahn", which cannot be removed completely, in the grader snow-removal works of a snow-removal truck.
SOLUTION: The grader device is constituted so that left-right pushing force is detected by a pressure sensor and height relative places to a chassis frame of the left and the right of a blade are detected by a displacement sensor, the cutting depth of pressed snow, the presence of the remaining snow and pressed-snow hardness are obtained by a comparison operation, a completely removable range or an impossible range of pressed snow is judged and a feedback control corresponding to pressed-snow hardness is conducted. An integral type operation/display section easily conducting the confirmation of the controlling state of the blade and a necessary command operation, affirming a road status and meters for the snow-removal truck by an operator is installed to the grader device.
