To solve the following problem: a method using a presser plate, generally adopted when a binding is attached to a snow-board, makes the presser plate and the binding base closely join by gravity when simply being placed on the snow-board, thereby rotating the binding base under the state that the presser plate is temporarily fixed with attaching screws.
A spring is provided on the backside of the presser plate in advance, and the presser plate is kept lifted above the height portion of teeth for rotation prevention unless attaching screws are tightened. The spring has a size which can be housed in the housing space of the presser plate at the time of shrinking. As the operating method, first, the attaching screws are lightly tightened to position the presser plate, and then, an angle is determined by rotating the binding base. In a conventional method, when the presser plate is simply placed, the teeth are placed under engagement by gravity, and the presser plate could not be rotated. However, the presser plate enables the setting of the rotational position of the binding of the snow-board to be extremely easily performed.
