PURPOSE: To cut off successively dirty rooled paper to used it only once by forming a rolled paper delivering paper on one end part of an original pressing member through a pressing body of said member and also forming a supporting part for the leading end of the rolled paper and a rolled paper cutting part on the other end part.

CONSTITUTION: The titled device forms the rolled paper delivering part 5 on one end part of the original pressing member 1 through the pressing body 4 of the member 1 and the supporting part 6 for the leading end of the rolled paper and the rolled paper cutting part 7 on the other end part. If an original pressing surface 16 becomes dirty, the support of the rolled paper supporting part 6 is released, the rolled paper is drawn out, the drawn end is again supported by the supporting part 6, and then the leading end of the dirty rolled paper is cut off by the cutting part 7, so that the original pressing surface 16 can be immediately reproduced to a clean status. Thus, the dirty rolled paper is successively cut off to use it only once and an economical device can be provided because of its simple constitution.
