To provide a pressing device capable of forming a projection or forming a through hole by one punch at a predetermined place of a work to be punched out from a material to be pressed while suppressing complication of a configuration of a pressing device itself.

The pressing device is provided with a working unit 13A having a punch 19A and a die 15A, and the punch 19A of the working unit 13A is composed of a first punch 50 and a second punch 51 shorter than the first punch 50. When an upper die 17 (the punch 19A) is lowered by the first stroke length DST1, a shaft hole and a plurality of magnet insertion holes are punched by the first punch 50, and a projection 28A is half-punched by the second punch 51. When the upper die 17 is lowered by the second stroke length DST2, a shaft hole and a plurality of magnet insertion holes are punched by the first punch 50, and a circumferential hole 28 is punched by the second punch 51.
