PURPOSE: To perform simultaneously a bend forming and shift deflection removing in one stage and to reduce the number of stages by performing a bend increase with shift bending by a mobile bending edge in succession to the bend forming of a work by a stationary bending edge with the descent of the upper die.

CONSTITUTION: A work W is bent nearly in the angle close to a right angle by pushing the work W and a pad 12 down by the work pressing face 21 of a stationary bending edge 20 with the relative movement to the descending of the upper die 27 of a work pressing pin 24 with its abutting to the work W when the upper die 27 is descended. Simultaneously the butt face 29 of an active cam 23 comes in contact with a backup face 19. Further with the descent of the upper die 27 the taper cam face 28 of the active cam 23 abuts the taper cam face 17 of a passive cam 14 and moves with advance the passive cam 14 in full stroke. The slope face 16 of the mobile bending edge 15 bends the work W to inferior angle further accordingly and at this time the deflection removing formation is executed. The bend part which presses to the inferior angle then becomes in the right angle state by the springback quantity when the slope face 16 of the mobile bending edge 15 is separated from the work W with the retreat movement of the passive cam 14 by ascending the upper die 27.
