To provide a cutting machine capable of easily flatly cutting a wound material even if the tip end part thereof to be cut is strongly curled.
A shaft rotation adjusting member, in which a shaft insertion hole is provided at the center and a cut-out part is formed at one side, is mounted on a support base having a projected bolt through-hole. A through-hole communicating to the through-hole of the support base is provided and a fixed base equipped with a member for pressing the cut-out part of the shaft rotation adjusting member is mounted on the support base providing an energizing means which always elevates it. An elastic sheet mounting member for fixing the elastic sheet for pressing the material to be cut is provided on the bottom part where the shaft inserted to the shaft insertion hole of the shaft rotation adjusting member is projected. An upper end thread part of the bolt inserted in the bolt through hole is projected from the fixed base. A fastening tool is screwed to the projection part, the elastic sheet mounting member can be rotated by fastening or loosening the fastening tool, and the pressing force relative to the material to be cut is changed by changing the angle of the sheet for pressing the material to be cut.
