PURPOSE: To decrease the area in windowed parts and to improve the utilizing rate of a material by blanking the pitches between comb tooth-shaped terminals to a small size then coining the bridge provided across the adjacent terminals and expanding the pitches between the terminals.

CONSTITUTION: Round blanked parts 1d, 1f are worked on both end edge sides of a flat plate 2 and gold is plated 1h thereon. A windowed part 1e' is formed narrower in width than the prescribed size and the pitch p' between the terminal parts 1a is formed shorter than the prescribed pitch p. Cutting parts 1g' are then blanked to form the tips of comb tooth-shaped terminal parts 1a. The part 1d of a bridge 1b provided across the adjacent terminals 1a is pressed and is coined 3 by which said part is formed into an elliptical shape. Then the pitch p' between the adjacent terminals 1a is expanded to the pitch p. After all the parts 1d are coined, a part of the terminals 1a are insert-molded and the bridge 1b is cut to a prescribed size of width.
