Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an arrangement, in which a pressure accumulator is installed in divergence at a steam line connecting a steam source to a steam load use end, with possibility of steam supply to the load side even when the pressure in the accumulator has dropped, by installing a by-pass line which is to be changed over in accordance with the pressure in the accumulator. CONSTITUTION:When a normal steam demand amount command COMD is being input and such a relation hols that the supply side pressure A > accumulator pressure > load side pressure B, steam is supplied to the load side from an inlet control valve 6 through an outlet control valve 9 either directly or via a pressure accumulator 1. When the pressure C of the accumulator is below a specific level, the inlet control valve 6 is shut by a switching controller 13 and the by-pass valve 11 is opened. Thereby the steam is supplied to the load side from the by-pass control valve 11 via outlet control valve 9. When on the contrary the inlet pressure A of the accumulator 1 is above a set pressure level, the inlet control valve 6 is opened to permit the steam to flow into the heat accumulator 1.
