To provide a pressure adjusting control apparatus which can be easily applied to various types of beverage dispensers having different resistances in flow passages of sparkling beverage and which can always keep carbonated gas supplied in a beverage container at a proper pressure.
A beer server having this pressure adjusting control apparatus applied to it forcedly feeds beer stored in a beer barrel 80 up to a dispensing plug 11, under application of pressure of carbonated gas supplied from a gas cylinder 90 so as to perform an appropriate dispersion of beer. The pressure adjusting control apparatus 25 controls a pressure adjusting valve 21 installed at a gas supplying pipe 19 in such a way that a pressure of carbonated gas supplied in the beer barrel 80 may become a control target pressure calculated on the basis of a temperature of the beer stored in the beer barrel 80. In this case, the pressure adjusting control apparatus 25 is provided with a lower limit value setting switch 25a. The control target pressure is calculated in such a way that it does not become a lower value than the lower limit value set by the lower limit value setting switch 25a.
