Abstract:
To provide a pressure adjustment device capable of adjusting a pressure without using a creeping speed exhaust valve in an exhaust system.SOLUTION: The pressure adjustment device includes: a diaphragm 31 having a pump portion 32; a pump chamber 34 applying the pump portion 32 as a part of a wall; a driving mechanism 15 for increasing and decreasing a volume of the pump chamber 34; a motor 2; and a control device. It further includes: a suction passage 44; a suction valve 41; a delivery passage 74; and a delivery valve 91. It further includes: a first discharge passage 63 connected to the delivery passage 74 between a fluid outlet 91a of the delivery valve 91 and a fluid delivery port 62a at one end, and connected to a first discharge port 63a at the other end; and a differential pressure valve 81 disposed to close the first discharge passage 63 in a case when a pressure at an upstream side with respect to the fluid outlet 91a of the delivery valve 91 is higher than a pressure of the first discharge passage 63, and to open the first discharge passage 63 in a case when the pressure at the upstream side with respect to the fluid outlet 91a of the delivery valve 91 is a pressure of the first discharge passage 63 or less. The control device adjusts a pressure of the fluid delivered from the fluid delivery port 62a by controlling a rotating speed of the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
