Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boosting device for a vehicle for high-lift work capable of supplying a working fluid to a hydraulic tool without providing a direction control valve for a relief valve and without limiting a flow rate of the working fluid during boosting.SOLUTION: A boosting device comprises: a supply oil path 15 connecting a booster chamber 13a of a booster cylinder 13 with a hydraulic tool; a changeover valve 17 for pre-compression; and a changeover valve 24 for main compression. The changeover valve for pre-compression and the changeover valve 24 for main compression are connected in parallel to a hydraulic source. The changeover valve 17 for pre-compression is configured selectively switchable between a state where a working fluid is supplied through a low-pressure oil path 18 in which an oil pressure is controlled by a relief valve 21, to the supply oil path 15 and a state where a working fluid is supplied through a pre-compression oil path 19 in which the relief valve 21 is not provided, to the supply oil path 15. The changeover valve 24 for main compression is configured selectively switchable between a state where a working fluid is supplied through a boosted oil path 26 to a head-side oil chamber 13c of the booster cylinder 13 and a state where a working fluid is supplied through a pressure-reduced oil path 25 to a rod-side oil chamber 13b of the booster cylinder 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
