Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize pressure boosting ratio in such a way that liquid pressure in the liquid pressure generating part is made to be two sorts of being high and low, when the liquid pressure in the driven part comes up to a settled value, liquid under high pressure only is to be supplied. CONSTITUTION:When pressure air is supplied into an inhaling/exhaling port 7, a piston 3 comes down, liquid in pressure chambers 26, 35 respectively receives thrust of a plunger 22 with its large diameter and a plunger 31 with its small diameter, and liquid in the pressure chambers 26, 35 discharges through a discharge port 19. Liquid thrusts a spool valve 37 to the right, in case where thrust of a pilot piston 40 oversteps thrust of a spring 53, the spool valve 37 cuts off between passages 46, 47, so that the pressure chamber 26 becomes non-load condition, by this reason, the thrust of the piston 3 acts on only the plunger 31, and the pressure chamber 35 is to supply liquid under high pressure to the discharge port 19.
