Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting device capable of preventing casting defects while preventing burr blowing even when its mold clamp force as specifications is not large, and a pressure casting method.SOLUTION: A casting device comprises: a mold; block means; pressing means; and control means, and is constituted to fill molten metal in a holding furnace arranged at the lower part of the mold via a mold cavity. The control means is composed so as to execute a first pressure control of increasing a pressing force to the lower part of the pressing means in such a manner that a metal pressure lower than a threshold metal pressure is applied to the molten metal filled into the mold cavity, and a second pressure control of increasing the pressing force by the pressing means in such a manner that a metal pressure exceeding the threshold metal pressure is applied to the molten metal filled into the mold cavity after the first pressure control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
