Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a pressure-contact type connector requiring no pressure- contact jig and in which the number of parts is reduced to simplify the worke with reduced cost.
CONSTITUTION: A wire 50 is connected to a housing 2 provided with a pressure- contact blade 21A, and covered with shield cases 3, 4. In this pressure-contact type connector 1, partitioning plates 20, 22 having an insertion hole 23 and an insertion groove 24 for passing a wire 51 into the housing 2 are provided in front and rear of the pressure-contact blade 21A. The shield case 3 is provided with plural projecting parts 31, 32, 33, 34, and at the time of incorporating the shield case 3, these plural projecting parts 31, 32, 33, 34 make the core 51 pressure-contact with the pressure-contact blade 21A and the insertion groove 24.
