Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain good weft-inserting control while enhancing consume efficiency of jet fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A period for reaching tip of weft is detected by a weft detector 9 and a pressure control valve 12 is subjected to driving control by a control computer C2 based on the detected result to control jet pressure in a main nozzle 4 for weft inserting. A period for finishing uncreel of weft is detected by a detector 3 for uncreel of weft and a pressure control valve 13 is subjected to driving control by the control computer C2 based on the difference between period for finishing uncreel of weft and period for reaching weft tip to control jet pressure of assistant nozzles 5-8 for weft inserting.
