Abstract:
To provide a pressure control device capable of improving workability in assembling a body and a filter unit, and improved in adhesiveness of the filter unit to each section.SOLUTION: A pressure control device 10 has a body 3 having a groove-like flow channel 33 including a groove portion 31 and a widened portion 32 connected to the groove portion 31 and having a width widened in comparison with a width of the groove portion 31, a filter unit 9 which is the filter unit 9 for capturing foreign matters mixed in a fluid passing through the groove-like flow channel 33, and has a cylindrical frame body 92 including a through hole portion 921 penetrating through a direction orthogonal to a center axis O92, and composed of an elastic material, and a flat plate-like filter member 93 disposed while shielding the through hole portion 921 and supported inside of the frame body 92, and in which the frame body 92 in the direction of the center axis O92 is housed in the widened portion 32 along a depth direction of the widened portion 32, and a separate plate 21b mounted on the body 3 in a manner of covering the groove-like flow channel 33 in a state that the filter unit 9 is housed in the widened portion 32.
