Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pressure control method for a super high pressure producing device using anvil by which a decompression control can be carried out favorably.
CONSTITUTION: A super high pressure producing part 1 and a secondary side 2b are pressurized by providing the super high pressure producing part 1, the secondary side 2b of a pressure increase part 2 and a fluid led in/out part 3 in series, the fluid led in/out part 3, the secondary side 2b and a primary side 2a in series, rendering the primary side 2a and the fluid introduction in/out part 3 to a circulation impossible state and the fluid led in/out part 3, the secondary side 2b and the super high pressure producing part 1 to the circulation possible state, and the super high pressure producing part 1 and the secondary side 2b are pressurized. Then, the primary side 2a and the secondary side 2b are pressurized to a prescribed pressure by rendering the fluid led in/out part 3, the super high pressure producing part 1 and the secondary side 2b to the circulation impossible state and the fluid led in/out part 3, the primary side 2a and the secondary side 2b and the super high pressure producing part 1 to the circulation possible state.
